Cancellation Policy

At RentQuickCars, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be flexible and transparent for our customers.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 6 hours before pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 6 hours of pick-up time may incur a one-day rental fee as a late cancellation charge.
• No-shows (failure to collect the vehicle without prior notice) will result in no refund
• Any pre-paid booking can be modified by contacting our customer service line at +X-XXX-XXX-XXXX.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation approval.
• If the vehicle is returned early, unused rental days may be refunded at our discretion (excluding insurance or add-ons).
• Refunds are not issued for vehicles returned late, with damage, or with missing fuel without prior approval.
